January – June : £350 per week
July – August : £550 per week

The apartment is also available to rent for £75 per night (July/August £85 per night).
(Off-peak shorter breaks – book 3 nights and get the 4th, 5th 6th half price.)
Long term rental is available on request, from £850 per month (off-peak) to £1050 (peak) + bills
Book for two weeks, get an additional 10% off the second week.
Payment
Booking deposit – £100
Balance to be paid – 8 weeks prior to departure (or full payment required if departure date less than 8 weeks)
Refundable security deposit – £100. This amount will be refunded to you within 7 days of leaving the property and will only be used to cover damage or breakages.
All bookings exclude cleaning charge of 50 Euros, which is paid locally on departure.
A £25 meet and greet fee will be payable to our rep on arrival where they will be able to give you the keys and show you around the apartment. This does not need to be paid if you already have keys or have agreed to a private transfer with our rep. Full details of these options will be given at the time of booking.
A “Welcome Pack” can be added to your package starting at £25 and will include bread, milk, water, tea etc – all your essentials to save shopping when you arrive. Please ask if you require anything specific or special organising for your arrival – this can be organised too. (You may wish to include champagne for example or a nice bottle of wine to get you started!)

Conditions
Children allowed, no pets allowed, suitable for elderly, wheelchair friendly with lift access at main entrance to the second floor (no wheelchair access to the solarium)
There is no-smoking allowed in the apartment
At least one member of the party should be over 21 years of age and their name and address must be provided as the lead member of the booking. For “hen/stag parties”, etc, the nightlife of places such as Benidorm may be more suitable than this area.

Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to thank you for the use of the apartment for our holiday the last 2 weeks. As Carmen has probably told you, we had a great time even though the weather started off with a slight blip. We had great visits to Elche and Cartagena (left a few maps in the drawer for your future use if needed).
The trip to Los Pagan was hilarious to see the older generation covering themselves in black mud for health reasons I understand and strolling along as though it was such a normal everyday occurence!
We loved Villamartin for the evening and the complex over the road was convenient for shopping etc.
Well thanks once again, you have a lovely homely apartment. Hope you enjoy your visit in August. May well be in touch again in the future! Best wishes,

We were very impressed with the quality and style of the rooms. No expense has been spared.

Just a note to say a very big thankyou to you and yours for allowing us to use your apartment and giving us a good holiday.
After the initial blip in the weather we were out and about most days and toured the area.
One of the most memorable visits was one to Lo Pagen to see the elderly covering themselves in black mud; that was quite an amusing experience.
We were so comfortable in the apartment, but I feel I must mention that we did have a leak in the ensuite bathroom. It appeared that for some reason the waste pipe at the back of the washbasin had worked itself loose. Fortunately Julian managed to put it right but we have left a bottle underneath the pipe just in case the problem happens again. Otherwise everything was absolutely fine and we couldn’t of wished for more.
I should be seeing Angela at work on Thursday so I will hand the keys back to her.

We’re back now and had a lovely time at your apartment.
It was late, dark and hot when we turned up and it really helped to enter a nice clean spacious apartment. Thanks for the complimentary wine.
It was like a home from home, the TV/stereo/Wii/DVD player and selection of board games made it easy to entertain ourselves when we didn’t feel like going out and during the mid day sun. The sun chairs/umbrellas and beach towels took the stress out of exploring the local beaches and chilling by the pool. We had a couple of great BBQ’s up on the sun terrace relaxing as the sun set.
We didn’t want to come home and look forward to visiting again.
