January - June £250 per week
July - August £395 per week

The apartment is also available to rent for £50 per night (book 3 nights and get the 4th half price)

Long term rental is available on request - £500 per month + bills

Book for two weeks, get an additional 10% off the second week.

Payment

Booking deposit - £100
Balance to be paid - 8 weeks prior to departure (or full payment required if departure date less than 8 weeks)
Refundable security deposit - £100. This amount will be refunded to you within 7 days of leaving the property and will only be used to cover damage or breakages.

All bookings exclude cleaning charge of 50 Euros which is paid locally on arrival

A €25 meet and greet fee will be payable to our rep on arrival where they will be able to give you the keys and show you around the apartment. This does not need to be paid if you already have keys or have agreed to a private transfer with our rep. Full details of these options will be given at the time of booking.


A "Welcome Pack" can be added to your package starting at €25 and will include bread, milk, water, tea etc - all your essentials to save shopping when you arrive. Please ask if you require anything specific or special organising for your arrival - this can be organised too. (You may wish to include champagne for example or a nice bottle of wine to get you started!)

Air conditioning/heating is included in the rental cost of the property.

Conditions

Children allowed, no pets allowed, suitable for elderly, wheelchair friendly with lift access at main entrance to the second floor (no wheelchair access to the solarium)

There is no-smoking allowed in the apartment

At least one member of the party should be over 21 years of age and their name and address must be provided as the lead member of the booking. For "hen/stag parties", etc, the nightlife of places such as Benidorm may be more suitable than this area.
