The apartment is a great base should you wish to chill out and relax on the balcony sipping a cocktail and cooking up a BBQ, or if you want to venture out to the nearby square or down to La Zenia.
The apartment is south-facing, has sea views and features air-conditioning and heating. It is on the second floor with only the sun terrace above it. The block also benefits from having a lift.
